Weird Alert On My New Smart TV (Samsung - 65" Class - Q90T Series)

I've recently purchased a brand new Smart TV. Model:

Samsung - 65" Class - Q90T Series - 4K UHD TV - Smart - LED - with HDR

 

I have been experiencing issues where I get this alert at random that can happen multiple times rapidly. At first I didn't know what was triggering it. But I figured out it happens when i stomp hard on the floor and it slightly vibrates the TV. I can tap the tv stand hard enough and it triggers it. I was wondering if anyone knew what i could do to cure this issue. Maybe a way to turn it off and if not, hoping Samsung patches a feature to remove it. 

I've spoken to samsung support many times and they have tried everything and don't seem to recognize the alert. Even though it's a programmed animation. Basically a blue streak or line zooms around the screens border followed by a splash of water-like animation at the top middle of the screen and a 2 tone sound. Please provide the full model code of the unit so that we can best assist. Does this occur on all sources and inputs?

Yes this happens on all sources and inputs. Happened on both tv's.

Please press the Mic button on the remote and then select Explore Now>Settings>Voice Wake-up and turn this off.

I don't have this feature set up. It's asking for Bixby or Alexa.

I set it up and turned it off. Still happens. It's being caused by the vibration of the tv/tv stand. Any sort of shaking or rumble.

If you have never set up voice control, have you tried a factory reset of the unit?

Not on this one. But I just received this TV. I had the exact model a few days ago and tried all those things. As I said in the original post, I've replaced my tv with another of the same model. It seems to be an issue with this entire line.

Nope. I haven't used that feature.
