Hello! I have a QN65Q9FNA. I had issue with my original Xbox One displaying on my Q9. I was not able to get any display at 1080p. Figuring it was a bad Xbox I just got a new Xbox One S today. Hooking everything up I still again got no signal and had to boot into low res mode. Again I am able to get to 720p but cannot go Any higher. The Xbox is showing 1080p, 1440p and 4K. I have tried 3 different HDMI cables (2 of which were band new 4K rated) and all HDMI ports. HDMI 3 was able to recognize that it is an Xbox however still stuck at 720p. Tv is up to date on updates. Does anyone know what could be going on and why I canβt even get to 1080p on my QLED?
