Please help! Am I going crazy? The M4-07 screws to mount the bracket on the back of the TV are too short. I'm also shocked those 4 little screws hold the entire TV up. Samsung, please explain this situation.
Hey! this is a known issue by many, but not ackowledged or fixed by Samsung in 6+ months. You're going to need to buy longer screws. Search the forum for "2020 frame feedback".
Thanks. Totally ridiculous that Samsung can't acknowledge a simple mistake and correct it immediately or offer compensation for the hassel. What a joke. Also, worse yet, I bought the TV directly from Samsung. You would think they would know if the problem by now and care enough to do something.
