Updating your TV to the latest firmware 1402.1 that just released should fix this issue. if your TV hasn't already done the update on its own, you can download off the website and manually update your TV using your USB.

There has to be a fix for this.  To clarify, are people having issues with (a) or with (b):

 

    (a) the user selected auto rotation time interval (6 hours, 1 hour, 10 min, etc.) continues to reset to default (6 hours) after a couple days, or

   (b) the auto rotation feature itself turns off and consequently doesn't rotate through your selected art works

 

Personally, I'm having issues with both, but I would like to hear from others as I plan to fix this (with or without Samsung staff).

I have found that changing the slideshow settings in the SmartThings App worked. You need to get into the Art Mode on your mobile. Don't know why it doesn't work with the TV remote. But once you're in the iPhone app (which I have) find and locate your pictures. This area can be found, where you manage the slideshow settings under the Art Store of the mobile app.

How do you set up the user rotation period? I can't find it anywhere?

 

And watching the Samsung commercial it shows you can directly skip to next picture with one push on remote, how do you do that? As it takes me 3 clicks, and have to go back to the full Favs screen to move to the next picture?

I have a 2019 and the option to update is disabled. Did you update to v1402 on a 2019 or 2020 TV model?

I've got the 2019 version: QE55LS03RASXXN

Updating does not work, support site says 1372.2 is the latest FW for this TV. 

Bummer!

How do you get the Frame rotation to work? I can't figure it out and Samsung Chat was no help fir over an hour
