3rd beta clear the air

Can we get an update on what's going on with beta 3? We've seen response where you guys said Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday now... I think everyone is patient but wondering what's up! I think everyone would greatly appreciate an update on what's going on that's holding back the U.S. Update. Thanks for your time!

I really need this my phone has got progressively worse. It has crashed 5 times today already.

Nothing official of course, but posted a couple hours ago.

Apparently, Samsung has also rolled the Nov patch into beta 3

Yes, today beta 3 is rolling out to more countries, except US…… Doesn't make sense

I tried to decipher what the location of the update was for, but could not
