3rd beta update won't work N20U

I got the message that a new update was available & when I went to install it said I was up to date. I know AT&T usually makes you wait 24 hours but during beta I've never had to do that I would get the message and then I would go update and it would work I'm wondering why this time it's not letting me I tried to restart it 🤷‍:male_sign:

I don't think it's just prepaid. I'm on contract and i haven't received beta 3 either. It says I'm up to date.
