I have to revert to 4.1 but I just now was told it may screw up my phone to where I need a factory reset. Wish I'd known that prior because 5.0 makes my phone unusable.
- Messages opens up multi app window until I restart phone.
- Air command crashed warning every 45 seconds, can't even open stylus settings.
- Battery drains like a **bleep**.
- Just goes on and on.
- Every app that never gave me notifications suddenly gives them. It's like a portal to **bleep** now.
- Half my apps say they can't connect to my wifi.

Anyone else having these issues?

If I try to open messages

Try clearing the cache first and repair apps in recovery mode and if that doesn't work back everything up and then revert

One of the notices says you can send in a request to withdraw from the program. And it says you can rollback by using smart switch. I'd back up your data just in case first.
Have you used Device Care to see if clearing stuff out and clearing out your memory helps? Restarting your phone?
Turning off your wifi and click forget network, then re enter your password again and see if they are better able to connect?
You can also send them the feedback that you're having those types of constant issues. They may be able to respond with ideas to relieve some of them.
So far I haven't had any issues. Any app I have opened has worked fine. The battery isn't draining any faster than before.
You may have to go down your list of notifications and turn them off again. I noticed I did have to do that on a few of them.

Well it's a beta and the usage of it specifies that errors can happen and functions fail. It states right in the procedures before installing that the only way to back out is to choose that and your device resets back to factory setting to UI 4.1.

I have the same errors with the pen and some apps, but I had no illusion that things would work as before. Back up your settings and apps then choose to leave the beta run.

I have to say that I haven't encountered these issues with S22 Ultra. In terms of messages and other google apps: try making Samsung messages the default. Things in Beta programs acn get wonky with non-Samsung apps...it's not an excuse for Samsung, but Beta is always a risk when you join these programs...so far I've been a part of 5 Beta programs. I know for one of them I totally did have to do a factory reset, which sux, but comes with the territotory. Good luck!

Remember that long list of stuff you had to scroll through and agree to before you enrolled? Yep if you actually read that you would have known you had to wipe your device if you wanted to unenroll and go back to 4.1. They did tell you this you just didn't pay attention

Hello,

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side key to restart the device.
