5G UC , app get stuck on tiles screen and call quality

I wanted to know if anyone is having issues with their 5G UC and call quality. After I installed the beta program, I haven't been able to get my initial cellular speed and call quality. I'm with T-Mobile and my calls are very choppy and hard to hear, sometimes. I have to hang up and call back or vice versa.
 When I have multiple apps open and I go to tile screen, they all get stuck together and have to wait for it unfreeze. I also noticed that when dialing it lags behind whatever I push. One more thing, if I close an app or end a call, my app all disappear and come back in 2-3 seconds.
