Are posts from this beta forum leaking into the regular community forums?

I keep seeing people saying post this in the beta forum and acting like this isn't the right place to post it.

I know who you're talking about, but no it's not. Only me and a few others, however have the link to the browser version of the beta community and have access to it even after beta servers shut down

It's not, but people are asking things unrelated to the beta. So unfortunately people aren't always in the right forum.
