Anyone else watching their battery tank on UI7? Sad to see it's this bad. Even for a beta.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition and run galaxy booster from good guardians and report this issue to samsung, so they can see what's eating the battery

I do this for every update... Even the monthly patches with the stable versions.
It's just good practice when updating the OS.

Also, remember to go to settings, security, and updates. Select Google as the security updates for Google are not automatic. You have to do them manually each time.

I also clear partician cache on my Galaxy watch, but these updates are like twice a year. šŸ˜‚

What reason do I have to lie? My screen on time has increased, and I no longer have to charge mid day like I used to before I installed the beta.

Since beta versions aren't fully optimized versions you will have additional battery drain. Normally by the final beta release, those issues are addressed.

Also, anyone who has beta tested before will tell you that this is one of the better betas as far as battery goes.

That seems silly though. Even a beta should be batt optimized
