Background Inconsistencies

In the lockscreen the background sometimes goes light mode and dark mode, even though the wallpaper is the same and I don't change my dark/light mode setting. Also one of the main notifications is always a different color background than the rest

I would suggest reporting this to Samsung so they can look at why it isn't consist
