that is a security update not the beta

You'll have to sign up for the Beta when it becomes available. You downloaded a security patch, not the Beta

This is a last regular update but not one ui 3.0 beta.

I've done several beta programs and yes they required signing up with limited space. but there have been rumors this may not be a beta at all. to those acknowledging incorrect information from me I appreciate. <edit>
