Beta not installed on my phone

On my S25U in the members app it says I've joined the beta 8 program,but,when I went to actually install the update it still says I'm on oneui7. Can someone help me please?

You need to DM the samsung mod

How do I do that? I'm having the same issue on my new s25

You type the name in the search bar and say hey, I'm in the beta program but couldn't get the update and they will ask you some questions about your device
