Bluetooth issues after 2nd update to OneUI 7 on S23 Ultra

Looks like after the 2nd update, Bluetooth no longer works while on calls. Irrespective of which app is used, audio through Bluetooth doors not work. 

I've to use wired headphones for calls. 😞😵‍💫

Seems fine with my Sennheiser Momentus 4's. I was using them on a call earlier for almost an hour.

😮 I've tried all of my headphones, all of them behave the same. Sennheiser M3 over the ear, Sony M3, Samsung buds2 pro, klipsch in ear 😞😞.

All apps fail while on calls: WhatsApp, Google meet, MS Teams, Normal phone app, Google voice app, WebEx. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I have no problems using my Kirkland KS10 hearing aids for calls nor issues with streaming/calls in my Lexus RX350.

I am having problems with connecting my Bluetooth to my cars. Have a 2014 Ford Focus with SYNC and a 2025 Subaru Forester with AndroidAuto. Both will not work anymore, even when restarting the phone along with unpairing the devices and trying to pair them again(failing).
