I have recently updated my S24 Ultra to beta 4 which dropped yesterday. After updating i noticed my phone started to lag a lot and there were sutters while accessing home screen and unlocking phone via fingerprint and majorly the camera while in 200MP mode laggs while just moving around Please look into it and try to fix the bug!

Thank you for sharing the above troubleshooting steps. I have followed all the steps and yet failed to stop to frame drops/sutturing. Upon deep diving into the issue i have noticed that for
1) The Camera Laggs after putting into 200MP mode when I move the phone in any direction there is an lagging found.
2) There is frame drops while accessing home screen and while unlocking the phone via fingerprint or face unlock. And it happens when the phone has been idle for around 5mins when I try to unlock the phone via biometrics there is some frame drop while unlocking and opening or closing apps in home screen and scrolling in home screen.
And yes even if homeup gesture animations tunning is turned on/off there are frame drops.
