Can't Control media volume when casting

My volume keys used to control the volume when I would cast Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc to my TV. Now when I use the volume keys I have to click the 3 dot menu and adjust the volume manually. The setting 'use volume keys to control media' is turned on. Anyone else having this issue?
