Cannot connect to wifi

No matter what I do my phone connects to wifi but has no internet connection. All my other devices connect with no issues. I have turned airplane on and off, restarted my phone, rebooted my modem and router, changed my Mac address from randomized to my phone Mac ID, nothing works...PLEASE help

I also factory reset my router, forgot the network and reconnected

At this point maybe if us a hardware issue...I have samsung care plus...I'm filing a Claim...can't live without wifi any longer
