Does anyone have back button issue when on call

I am having issues with this new beta can samsung please fix this?

Back button/ back doesn't work when i am on call with someone

Solution: I have to end call to go to home screen 

Expected: back button should work when I am on call and I should be able to access other apps or homescreen when I am talking to someone on phone

Ok hellow I use gestures and when I'm on a call. I try to switch to my contact list it won't me out. Oh call waiting is the same it needs help.
