I've submitted a few errors and the send system log is never unchecked. Almost every reply I receive to an error report states "Not enough information from the log you provided"
every time for me. I have submitted a lot of error reports, most with videos attached very clearly revealing the issue but I get the same message...why would the logs matter if it can just be easily reproduced?
Our general recommendation is to send error report with in a few minutes of issue happening. As android logs are written to buffer and overwritten rather quickly, it is hard for our dev team to analyze issues if logs provided do not contain information needed. sometimes log itself is not attached , in which scenario we recommend waiting a few minutes after reporting error before killing app as logs may be still uploading.
