Emoji in Giogle messages iPhone users

 Before the 2nd update, apple users emoji responses to messages showed. Now it says "liked a message" in its own text. Is there another feature I need to turn back on?

Your issue would be a Google Messages issue and has nothing to do with the Beta so you need to contact Google

I've contacted them as well. I wasn't sure if this update had anything to do with it. Thank you.
