Is anyone else having issues with GPS axess for Apps in the Secure Folder?

I have tested several Apps such as PokémonGO, Google Maps, Samsung Browser, etc and none of them are able to determine location.

Samsung responded by providing a solution that DOES NOT WORK:
_____
Problem Countermeasure : Please let user check location permission in secure folder for those apps.
(Secure folder > long press the app icon > press round i button on upside right > permissions > Location)
Location permission should be 'Allow all the time' or 'Allow only when using the app'.
____

I tried this already, multiple times, with the same outcome. Still no GPS for Apps in the Secure Folder.
