Galaxy Buds volume

For some reason there's no volume from the left Galaxy bud.  I've cleaned it thoroughly, still no volume.  I've tried different buds and they work fine.  They worked fine initially.  Any suggestions?

This is not a Beta problem. This is a Buds problem. I found the solution yesterday, and it worked for me.

It'll take about 10 minutes before the left one will show up on your screen.

I contacted Samsung, sent them the buds and had them repaired as they were under warranty.
