Is there a way to filter Gallery folders Without using .nomedia files? 

Or Pin folders to top!?

The only reason I don't use gallery as my default.

Hello @UIV ,

You may go to Gallery -> Albums -> Menu (3 vertical dots)  -> hide or unhide albums and hide albums you do not wish to see. This is as close to filter as Gallery app offers.
