Hey for some reason goodlock isn't working, is anyone experiencing this issue?

It is known. It is explained in the beta sign up. It is mentioned at least 2 times every day on these forums. It is like this every beta.

So, short answer, yes it's known. Long answer, read the things you are supposed to as a beta tester.
