Home screen apps disappearing

Anyone have their home screen apps on any page disappear but can still open them by touching the screen where they're located?

I experienced widgets disappearing/rearranging.

A few widgets have disappeared from my home screen. I'm also unable to add certain widgets to my home screen. It keeps saying there is no room for them but there clearly is room and I'm using the correct sizes that should fit.

Same.....I had to delete the page then re add page/apps
