QuestionsHello,
My first post here, just moved from IPhone 12 to Galaxy S24 SM-S921U1.
Trying to customize my lock screen and can't add to it a widget of a timer. Installed Kitchen Timer app from the Google store and can't move it to the list of available widgets on a lock screen :
In fact, I can't remove (like, I don't need battery or Digital Wellbeing) or add anything to this list and this is very frustrating. In Settings/lock screen, I don't see and "widgets" option.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

QuestionsAlternative is to use the built in timer and enable the now bar on the lock screen. Set the now bar to show clock.
When you have a timer running it will show in your now bar.

QuestionsHi,
I need to be able to start a timer from the lock screen, NOT unlocking the phone then go to clock then to timer and starting it from there. That's why I installed the Kitchen timer. However, Samsung doesn't want to allow it to appear on NOW bar or lock screen.
I tried to allow it in the NOW bar by doing this: To enable the Now bar on your Samsung S24's lock screen, go to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Now bar. From there, enable the toggle switch to turn it on and select the live notifications you want to see, such as Google maps, Samsung Health or a timer.
It didn't work. I also tried to get the built in clock's timer function to show up on the lock screen. It shows only when the timer is started from the app after unlocking the phone but I want to start it from the lock screen.
In my old Iphone 12, by the way, timer worked from the lock screen; it required one swipe and a couple of clicks but it WORKED!!
