How to enable sleep mode?

When trying to turn sleep mode on. A pop up message says please turn on BIxby Routine on quick setting panel to use this. What does it mean and how to? Thanks.

In quick settings you can either long press do not disturb or modes to set it up or tap on them to enable/disable also settings-advance features-Bixby routines and tap modes at bottom left sleep mode should be at the top

Do you have customization services turned on tap the 3 dots top right will bring you to Bixby routines settings

If you tap the + you can create your own mode
