Same issue here on my tmobile s21 plus, can't get it to go away, had to disable the notification, either that notification or one from carrier hub

Other folks that have posted this issue are with T-Mo ... it's an issue their end.

It's your carrier app. You can long press to disable or silence it.

Issue has to be resolved from carrier end. We have already notified carrier of the issue.
