In call screen not appearing sporadically?

I have had an issue where I will go to make a call and the in call menu/ui does not appear. I have to restart the phone to end the call so sending error report has been difficult

Hello @BettyGetty ,

Would it be possible to go to home screen and  Open Samsung Members app to send error report before rebooting device to recover from the issue ?
