Is the manual rotate button gone

This beta doesn't appear to show the manual rotate button on full screen videos like YouTube. Also for some reason in full screen, my navigation buttons don't work to go back or home. Anyone else?

For me the rotate button still shows and the navigation works in full screen.

Ok did more testing... When you have navigation bar set to buttons, they work, but not when set to swipe gestures.

Rotate button works for me (always shows up), using gestures exclusively.
