Why is everyone else on like beta 6 and were stuck on Beta 3? @Samsung Beta Team?

Still nothing... since the builds are different the other countries will get a very polished and stable final version. US once again will be the last the the final version will be basic a Beta #4 renamed full with bugs and zero implemented ideas from de US community.
