We recommend deleting your Wearable Manager app under settings and Galaxy Wearable app, and re-installing the beta apps via Galaxy Beta store located in Beta program.
From here, try pairing your Watch fresh with your phone.

QuestionsThank you. The issue is I have no way to get to the beta wearable app. When the watch is not connected to the phone and I am in the members app - beta - watch when I click download from galazy store, it says watch not connected to phone. Connect watch to phone then try again. So I am unable to get the beta wearos app. Please advise . Thank you.
