Lost connection to phone

Both phone and watch on beta 8.

Some reason the phone lost connection to watch. Wear app on phone when I open shows startup screen all of sudden. When i try to connect and transfer it fails after I agree to all the policies stuff. I just get a blank screen. After a long time it say cannot connect. During the blank screen I check bluetooth and it is connected to watch.

I uninstall wear app and reinstall with same issue. I go to beta to try to get the latest and it say connect to watch. Well I cannot connect to watch how can I get the beta updates?

Thank you very much for your feedback.

We recommend deleting your Wearable Manager app under settings and Galaxy Wearable app, and re-installing the beta apps via Galaxy Beta store located in Beta program.

From here, try pairing your Watch fresh with your phone.

Thank you.  The issue is I have no way to get to the beta wearable app.  When the watch is not connected to the phone and I am in the members app - beta - watch when I click download from galazy store, it says watch not connected to phone. Connect watch to phone then try again.  So I am unable to get the beta wearos app.  Please advise .  Thank you.
