1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
Same is happening to me and it also happened with previous beta software trials, but eventually it was fixed. Seems odd they keep missing this. I'll report it too
