My 5G icon changed..

So today my 5G icon changed. I have TMobile. It's always showed just a large 5G logo, and now it's smaller and in a white box . Any idea what update we may have gotten overnight to change this . Anything else change that I haven't noticed yet ?

Mine picks and chooses when it wants to change like that or just stay the way everyone knows it to be.

My unlocked s21u has always had that icon, didn't know there was a different one
