Scroll to the left in the emoji bar until you see the settings icon. Press it, and a manage content to show page will show up. Hit edit and move emoji pairs closer to the top of the list. You can rearrange those icons how you see fit.

I can't use the double new emojis.
when I press Home it is supposed to give me the option, right?....
