Notification edge lighting not working

For some reason, my Edge Lighting does not work on notifications. Has anyone encountered this situation?

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.

You need to turn off reduce animations, and if that doesn't work reset system settings and see if that works
