After un-enrolling from the ONEUI 4 beta I am not seeing the downgrade option when connecting my phone to my PC using SmartSwitch. Has anyone experienced the same behavior?

Hello, my S21 Ultra has been in withdrawn status for beta since 11/9 and still no option in SmartSwitch to rollback. Now that OneUI 4 is GA I received a message stating to remove the beta as I would get no future updates. I don't have a Samsung Center near me and SmartSwitch is still not working. What are my options?

Questionsi am using SmartSwitch on my Mac and I have the exact problem as you - i DO NOT see the downgrade option.
and yes i have already withdraw from the beta.
it does not look like Samsung customer support is doing a good job helping here.
have you resolved this? if so, care to share the solution?
