One UI 4 Beta download problem

I downloaded the beta and was interested in using it but once I found out that banking apps aren't useable I withdrew from the beta and rolled my software back. Now today my phone started downloading the beta again. I can't find a way to cancel the download only pause it. What are my options here? I loved the beta but use my banking apps and pay for stuff from my phone every day and can't go without that stuff.

Couldn't you just go into settings - software - and turn off automatic update downloading over wi-fi?

I did that. I went to check for a security update and it started the beta download again. Its current paused but there is no way to cancel it.
