One UI 5 Beta provider change

I am currently enrolled in oneui 5.0 beta and get following error message when open samsung members app. "One ui beta feature not available because your service provide changed"

Unlocked S22 ultra, was on Visible when enrolled in beta now switched to US Mobile (Verizon MVNO) @USBetaModerator , could you help fixing this? Thanks!

Right my s pen was in my phone but the s pen icon on my top screen where the Notifications be at was flashing battery low but the pen was in the phone😡
