My phone just updated to One UI 6.0, I never signed up for the Beta. Ever since it updated, I can place a phone call, but as soon as I do I keep getting a notification that the phone app has stopped working, I can't hang up, I can't put it on speaker, I can't do anything. The screen just flashes black during the call. If someone calls me, I can't answer or reject the call, it just pops up saying the phone app has stopped working.

Does anyone know what's going on with this?

Went to Samsung store and they had to do a factory reset and wipe the phone clean. Bs Samsung owes people for all the time we are losing between Samsung help and wasting hours in the store.

Samsung owes you nothing, as this was stated with the Beta notices things will not work properly because it is not an official stable android version, so if you went forth the effort to enroll in Beta, then went to download the beta update, took the time to install it, and then complain about issues, this is on you. Not them. You've created your own liability. Now with that said, the entire purpose of the beta community is to allow everyone to work together to help move forward to push out an actual stable product. Unfortunately factory data resets are common for these situations, and I've found myself having to flash custom OS software to repair mistakes. At ANY given point, to those that want out of the Beta program to alleviate further problems (The S22 Ultra was my LEAST favorite phone of Samsung to date, considering I've had several overheating issues over 3 different replacement models) you can disable the beta program by going back into the beta program banner, and unenroll to save headaches.

I know! I talked with for hours trying to resolve it. One of them did the remote control service on my phone and started trying to get into my personal files. I talked with 5 different people and my phone service provider. Samsung says it's them and my service provider says it's Samsung. I am near the point of finding an alternative android phone. I have been with Samsung since my first phone. 8 years ago. Time to give up I guess.
