One UI 6 Beta Program I can't access Beta feedback, nor Beta notices

I have the unlocked by Samsung S23 Ultra, and I am not able to access "Beta feedback", nor "Beta notices" due to some nonsense about service provider changed. I have contacted Samsung support, and they have no clue what's going on. Is anybody else having this problem?
