One-finger youtube window resize

Ever since i enrolled on the beta, the function to resize the youtube popup has not worked. Will this feature work in the stable one ui 5?

Using two fingers is easier anyway, so I would think it's the point since it does the same but better.
It was already weird to use on One UI 4 so they may have temporarily disabled it for the time being.
