Phone call glitch

Anyone else getting the glitch where you cant swipe up to go home on phone calls?

I have noticed this happens when answered while the phone is locked. It happens with Google maps too. But I've never been able to report it because I can't easily get out of it. The way to get around being stuck is swiping down from the notification panel and tapping the settings icon to open the settings app.

Ya when I'm in a call it's annoying if I need to check something while I am on the phone with someone

Yes, choose a notification and open an app or go to settings as a work around. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next beta release

Yes, been having this issue sinse the last update. So annoying.
