Photo Assist not working offline?

I am having trouble with Photo Assist in Gallery app when 'Process data only on device' is on. I keep getting "Couldn't complete. Try again later." message when trying to use AI eraser and move tools. Has anyone run into this issue?

To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue.
