Anyone else having this issue? It seems to be the most prevalent, but other areas of the UI are no longer running smooth even though developer settings overlay claims they are running at 120hz.

It's a beta issue with blur effects. Enable "Reduce transparency and blur" in Accessibility>Visibility Enhancements, and you will notice the lag completely disappear
