Quick pannel quick access doesn't always work

I have encountered an issue on my s21 5g where the quick panel quick access does not always work. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how do I fix it?

I have encountered this issue as well. At least for the one swipe from anywhere in the home screen gesture

It seems to be in Good Lock in Quick Star. Slider at bottom adjusts the amount of screen space dedicated to quick access panel. It fixed my issues.
