RCS messaging for Samsung messaging app?

Is there a plan to have RCS messaging available for Note 20 ultra? Or is it being phased out and google messages taking it's place?

This has been a top request from a lot of members using unlocked devices. We have passed on the feedback to our usability team and they are reviewing it.  Please note that this does involve working with carrier.
