S20 Plus (Other S20s) Wifi speed/stability issues persist into One UI 3.0/A11

Everyone that has the issue is frustrated as hell and those that are lucky enough not to be better pray it stays that way. It goes like this.

You could be doing something as simple as reading the different news pages on your morning routine. Everything is going fine with your new phone and your gigabit internet. There is a video on the page you start to play that buffers at the start... WHAT!? BUFFER??? You calm down saying it's probably just the site. Fifteen seconds in your favorite comedian is starting the punchline and it happens again... the... Mother... FU@#&$... BUFFER!!!!!! Surely this isn't a coincidence so you go do a network speedtest and see something like 1.12Mbps download, that's right, 1.12. so you test every device in your house and they are all perfect and getting as much of that gigabit as normal. Another speed test on your phone shows the same thing. Try again in one hour having changed literally nothing and it will be back to normal most likely.

Things I have tried by official support staff to resolve. Not in this order, just trying to list em all
1. Clearing Partition Cache
2. Hard reboot router / Hard reboot phone
3. Reset Network Settings
4. Isolate 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands to see if one is the cause - It happens on both frequencies
