So far phone is sluggish and slow. When getting a phone call sometimes you can't answer it or decline it. Calls drop randomly also.

Please try installing Google carrier services and then reboot your phone also I highly recommend the Samsung Good Guardian's application which will allow you to optimize your phones performance

How do you get the good guardians app? I'm not finding it in the play store.
