I haven't had any issue. With the whole beta. Seems some participants have recieved borked beta's. You may have to either wait for another release. Or factory data reset, and hope for the best. Such is the nature of beta's. It's why they warn users not to use there primary phones.

I would add. You can try the old tried true method of just turning it off and back on again. Not a restart. Power it off completely. Then back on. Maybe just maybe. That might fix your issues.
